We recently celebrated our 60th anniversary in style! The Stockdales Diamond Ball took place on Saturday 12th October at the Radisson Blu Edwardian in Manchester city centre, and raised £15,000 to help us with our work.

The Sale Division includes rainbows, brownies and guides and is lead by commissioner, Sue Raby. The young leaders of the group organised various fundraising activities which took place over several months.

Vanessa Wall, 29, a sustainability consultant at URS Infrastructure & Environment UK Ltd grew up in Hale Barns but now lives in Manchester city centre. She recently completed the London marathon in 3 hours, 35 minutes 58 seconds, smashing her time in last year’s Manchester Marathon by an impressive 15 minutes and 26 seconds.
